SoC-Based In-Cycle Load Identification of Induction Heating Appliances

چکیده

The equivalent load of an induction hob is strongly dependent on many parameters such as the switching frequency, excitation level and size, type, material vessel. However, real-time methods with ability to capture variation have not been proposed in literature. This essential issue most commercial hobs are based ac-bus voltage arrangement. article proposes a method phase-sensitive detector that offers online tracking impedance for this type arrangements. algorithm enables advanced control functionalities clustering vessels, recognition, premature detection ferromagnetic saturation, among others. After simulation experimental validation, implemented into prototype system-on-chip verify its behavior. approach applied different real-life situations prove great performance applicability.
